Disable default Lion iCal alarms when syncing with Google Calendars

This has been annoying me dozens of times a day since I upgraded to Lion so I finally figured out how to disable it.

1. Login to https://www.google.com/calendar.
2. Click the triangle next to the calendar name (in the left bar under “My calendars”).
3. Click on “notifications”.
4. Remove/Edit your “Event reminders”.
